What is the WV Maternity leave law for small businesses? - maternity law
If I want to have maternity leave before the baby is not paid for my work. What help is there to supplement the income, when this happens? The company I work not covered by the FMLA, which does not pass such laws. HELP! Please ... I know that my doc told me he wants at least 36 weeks. I only have 6 weeks until that date.

Unfortunately, I must say that you may be lucky. The West Virginia Parental Leave Act applies only to employees of state administration. If your employer is too small to be bound by the FMLA, it is your employer is not obliged to give you free time.
