What are a few cheap/good Scuba brands? - diving and snorkeling equipment

I'm looking for some diving equipment are good (which means that it works) and not too expensive. I need booties, fins, snorkel and mask. What is a good brand? Ocean is a good brand? or is it something a little cheaper? Thanks
