Allergies Can Pollen Allergies Be Passed On To Others?

Can pollen allergies be passed on to others? - allergies

Well, I do not know if I am still, but I have my allergies every spring. Towards the middle of spring, I stopped taking my medication and I was fine. But on this day, my sister, who was not allergic to anything, suddenly had an allergic reaction to pollen. I asked my mother and my health teacher if he knew whether it was possible, but said he never heard of such a thing happened, and I think it was an interesting coincidence. I think this is may be true, but I want someone of a different opinion. Thank you for responding to this.
